What kind of accommodation is available at present?
We have many homestays, either in host families or student apartment, and the availability changes every day due to new bookings or extensions. That is the reason why we cannot provide you with a list of what is currently available. However, if we are unable to meet your requirements, you will be informed within 2 working days of receiving your booking.

I need a visa to UK and not sure how to proceed?

I don’t know yet when I will need the accommodation, can I still book?
As availability changes everyday, please book only if you know what will be your required dates unless you are coming from abroad and still need to receive a visa to the UK. In that case, we will confirm your address once you have confirmed your arrival date (after you received a visa)

Can I book for less than one week?
It depends on the type of accommodation. Please check all the relevant pages. You should find the information on the pages of the Type of accommodation (host family, student apartments, luxury apartments, house-share etc)

Do I have to be a student to live in one of your homestays?
No. Host family accommodation is suitable for everyone.

Is it possible to book in the same host family as my friend?
We can find an accommodation for you and your friends in the same house. You will have the possibility to share the same room or have separate rooms in the same house. However, if you prefer a little more independence, we can book you and your friends in separate homes within walking distance. All of this depends on the availability. So the longer the notice you give us, the more suitable option we will find.

I have specific requirements (location, food…). What do I do?
Please specify your requirements on the online booking form. If we are not able to meet your requirements, you will be informed within 2 working days of receiving your booking and there won’t be any charge.

I will be studying / working in zone 1, should I live in that zone?
The tube and train services in London are normally excellent. Travelling from zone 5 to zone 1, for example, takes approximately 30 minutes.

How can I get to my accommodation?
You can book our Meet and Greet service and we will send one of our representatives to pick you up and escort you to your accommodation. However, if you have a lot of luggage with you, you may book an Airport Transfer service.

Do you provide accommodation outside London?
That is not possible at the moment, however please enquire and we will forward your request on to our partner agencies.

I have special dietary needs (vegetarian, diet, religious)?
We have a wide variety of host families so catering for your dietary needs should not be a problem. Again, this depends on availability.

Where can I do my washing?
Your host family will provide one laundry wash per week. If you need more washing and your host family cannot do it for you, they will explain you where the nearest launderette is.

How can I pay?
The £35 accommodation booking fee plus the first week’s rate can be paid by bank transfer. The balance can be paid once you arrive, by bank transfer or directly to us by cash.

When do I have to pay?
We can only guarantee your accommodation after we receive your payment.
