UK Stay offers a wide range of accommodation and services. Our customers can choose from 4  categories of accommodation (Host Families, Student Apartments, Halls of Residence and Luxury Apartments) and 4 standards of accommodation (Budget, Standard, Superior and Executive). We therefore arrange accommodation for different purposes (studies, gap year, work experience, holidays…) and have availability to suit everybody’s needs and budgets. All the accommodations we offer are carefully inspected by our Accommodation Officer according to British Council standards.

As well as helping students making the right choice as for their accommodation and course, we also arrange airport transfers, travel insurance and many other services. We work hard to make sure we can provide our customers with any service they might need, an accurate piece of advice and all of this at competitive prices.
We can handle group bookings so if you need assistance in finding the right deal – course, accommodation and tours -, we would be happy to assist you completely free of charge. UK Stay is happy to tailor-make any group bookings, just send us a full list of requirements and ideas, we will come up with the right deal!

UK Stay has a broad experience in dealing with foreign students and working with international agents. We work in partnership with a number of language schools in London and are a UK partner to many agencies abroad.

Our staff is multi lingual; all of us have lived in foreign countries so we have a good understanding of student’s expectations when they first come in the UK. Here we speak Spanish, French, Russian, German and Lithuanian. We do know how important it is to have the possibility to speak to someone in their own language when they arrive in a new country. Moreover, because we work with language schools we always have the opportunity to find a translator should that is necessary.

With both its experience and languages spoken, UK Stay could be your representative in London and provide all the help and support your customers may need. 

     • An unrivalled reactivity and availability

We aim to give a quick answer to any queries. We lay great stress on replying within 24 hours and in case we are unable to provide the required information we will direct to the right person. At UK Stay we make sure that every single questions is answered so that students arrive in the UK having received all the necessary help and assistance prior to their travel.

A 24h emergency mobile number is available for customers who require assistance outside office hours. It is usually used for helping them find their way to their accommodation, relocations and last minute bookings. We never let anybody down, even on a beautiful Sunday afternoon!

We can be contacted either by e-mail and phone but also by Skype and, of course, one is always welcome to come and visit us. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm.
