A week is a 7 day and a 6 night stay. Your week can start any day of the week (if you move in on a Sunday, you will move out on a Saturday irrelevant of how many weeks you booked) A booking fee of £35 is payable once with every booking. Should you wish to change your accommodation at a later stage you will NOT have to pay the booking fee again The prices include all utility bills Minimum stay is one week and there is no maximum You may extend your stay upon your arrival should you wish. There is no extra charges if you wish to extend your stay upon your arrival. Please note that sometimes, however, it may not be possible to stay with the same family if you have not booked for the duration of your stay in advance, due to other bookings that family may have received in the mean time. Minimum age is 16 and there is no maximum age. (if you are under 18 you will need a written consent from your parents or guardians)
