STUDENT SERVICES ADVISOR - Part or full time

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious office junior, who wishes to get experience in administration, travel and tourism or marketing fields. Would be perfect for a university student as times are flexible.

Duties

• Answering the phone and dealing with e-mail face to face and telephone enquiries
• Liaising accommodation bookings between agents, students and accommodation providers
• General office duties
• Director's Assistant

You will...

• Have great communication skills - written and spoken
• Be patient and helpful and generally have good customer service skills
• You will be dealing with a lot of foreign students so understanding and a dynamic personality is a must
• A good team player, however ambitious and willing to use own initiative
• Always willing to learn and to participate
• Be creative and inventive
• Be flexible with working hours
