This type of accommodation is perfect for students and visitors who prefer a little more independence. It is self-catering, comfortably furnished and fully equipped accommodation. You will be provided with everything you may need to ensure that your stay is comfortable. All our apartments have the necessary appliances for your use (cooker, oven, micro-wave, fridge, freezer, washing machine) and all kitchen utensils are provided. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided although duvet Most of our student apartments have: - Telephone line (to receive calls and to make outgoing calls with the Calling Card) - Broadband Wireless Internet (please bring your laptop) - Sky TV - Weekly Cleaning services

Your week can start any day of the week (if you move in on a Sunday, you will move out on a Saturday irrelevant of how many weeks you booked) A booking fee of £35 is payable once with every booking. Should you wish to change your accommodation at a later stage you will NOT have to pay the booking fee again The prices include all utility bills Minimum stay is one week and there is no maximum You may extend your stay upon your arrival should you wish. There is no extra charges if you wish to extend your stay upon your arrival. Please note that sometimes, however, it may not be possible to stay in the same accommodation if you have not booked for the duration of your stay in advance, due to other bookings that were made in the mean time. Although you would have the priority, it would still be first come first serve. Minimum age is 16 and there is no maximum age. (if you are under 18 you will need a written consent from your parents or guardians)
